I'm Chuck Roelofs. For over a decade, I've pursued the edges of the map — where cell signals fade and the only notification is the northern lights dancing overhead.

My work is an exercise in patience. I don't chase storms; I wait for them. The best light often arrives when the weather is at its worst, and the best compositions reveal themselves only after hours of silent observation.

Based in the Pacific Northwest, but always somewhere between coordinates.
